Sealed tenders are invited for following /maintenance works on the basis of M.E.S. Schedule of rates 2000 (as amended up to date) from the approved cantonment board faisal who have deposited the renewal fee for the year 2010-11 to reach on 23-9-2010 at12.30pm .
Terms & Conditions: Tender for the above-mentioned work for which tender is being given should be mentioned clearly on the envelope.
Rates should be submitted on above or below the M.E.S. Schedule of rates 2000 (as amended up to date).
Prescribed forms/tender documents can be purchased from the office of cantonment board faisal till 22-9-2010.
Tender must be accompanied by the Ernest money in shape of pay order in favour of cantonment executive office, cantonment board faisal. All other conditions mentioned in the tender must be abided. No tender will be acceptable without pay order.
Conditioned, over-written, marked and erased tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders will be opened on 23-9-2010 at 01.00 pm in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
cantonment board is not fable to provide any sort of tool, material or plant.
Tender documents will not be issued to those contractors who have been blacklisted by any government or semi-government department.
Cantonment executive officer/cantonment board faisal can vary the estimated cast subject to management requirements for which the decision of cantonment executive officer/cantonment board faisal shall be and the contractors shall have to comply with the same.
No tender documents will be issued to those contractors who are indulged in litigations suits with the cantonment board faisal or those against whom the board has taken any decision who are engaged to resolve any claim or charge.
Cantonment executive will not be issued to those contractors board faisal reserves the right to accept or reject or all tenders.
Rates should be quoted separately for the execution of the works of roads Miscellaneous public improvement (sector wise) and one works shall be awarded to one contractor.
