1. We Invite You To Tender For The Supply Of Jet Al Conforming Def-Stan 91-91 Latest Issue To Pakistan International Airlines In Accordance With The Following Details. Tender Volumes Shown Above Are Purely Estimates And Are Subject To Change With The Flight Schedule Changes And Operational Requirement. The Operational Requirement May Change ±25%.
2. Contract Period Contract Period except Beijing (Pek) China Will Be For Nine Months Commencing 1st October 2010 To 30th June 2011. The Beijing (Pek) Will Be For Eight Months Commencing Is1" November 2010 To 30th June 2011.
3. Price Escalation / De-Escalation Mechanism Please Indicate Platt's Oil Gram Market To Which Your Price Will Be Linked For The Purpose Of Escalation / De Escalation Mechanism. This Will Be Indicated Clearly In A Sample Invoice Marked Clearly As "Provided For Tender". Taxes / Fee And 3rd Party Charges Quoted Prices Shall Be Inclusive Of Taxes / Fees And 3rd Party Charges. These Will Be Indicated Clearly In A Sample Invoice Marked Clearly As "Provided For Tender".
5. Fixed Differential Fixed Differential Will Be Quoted For The Entire Contract Period And Will Remain Fixed Through The Currency Of Contract Which Will Be Part Of The Contract Price For A Respective Location. It Will Be Quoted In Usd And Shall Not Be Linked Directly Or Indirectly To Any Other Currency Whatsoever & Will Be Indicated Clearly In A Sample Invoice Marked Clearly As "Provided For Tender".
6. Conversion Factor / Exchange Rate Conversion Rate From: (A) Ltr To Usg, (B) Mt To Usg Shall Be Clearly Mentioned At The Time Of Submission Of Bids. Source Of Exchange Rate For Taxes In Currency Other Than Usd Shall Be Clearly Mentioned And Notifications Of Same Shall Be Shared With Pia As Per Invoicing Frequency.
7. Credit Terms : Please Indicate Credit Period And Invoicing Frequency Clearly In Your Offer. Unless Otherwise Indicated Credit Period Shall Always Be Counted From Date Of Invoice.
8. Currency Of Payment: Us$ Or The Applicable Local Currency At Pia's Option; Should Pia Decide To Opt The Local Currency Payment Or Switch Back The Original Payment Currency, Advance Notice Will Be Given To Seller.

10.Terms Of Offer: After Final Award Of Contract No Change In Terms And Conditions Mentioned In Original Offer Shall Be Accepted. In Case Of Contravention Pia Reserves The Right To Reject The Offer, Award The Contract To Second Best Or Initiate The New Tender. This Right Shall Be Without Prejudice To Any Other Remedy Available Under The Terms Of Offer.
11. Unscheduled / Wip Flights: Pia Acts As Agent On Behalf Of Government Of Pakistan For Wip Fuelling. Further Pia Also Operates Charter Flights Amd Sometimes Flights Are Diverted Due To Operational Reasons. If For Any Circumstance Mentioned As Above Uplift Is Needed At The Above Mentioned Location The Said Uplift Shall Also Be Covered In Your Location Offer & Contract.
12. Validity Your Offer Should Remain Valid For Acceptance Upto September 30,
2010.
13. Opening Of Bids Bids Will Be Opened On The Same Day Of Submission Of Bids At The Prescribed Time In The Presence Of Bidders Or Their Representatives At 1530 Hrs. Pia Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Offers, Divide Among More Than One Supplier Without Assigning Any Reason To The Tenders Without Any Liability Whatsoever. We Hope You Will Participate In This Tender And Will Give Your Best Prices. Will Appreciate Your Negative Reply As Well In Case You Decide Not To Participate In The Tender.
