1. Interested firms/companies/bidders may obtain the tender document for above jobs/work trom AIGP (Logistics), Central Police Office, Sindh 2nd Door CPO Building I.I. Chundngar Road, Karachi by submitting an application on their letter head along with tender fees with effect from 25.08.2010 to 08.09.2010
2. Sealed tenders on presented proforma in duplicate along with 2% earnest money of the total bid in the form of Pay Order (Payee's A/c in favour of PPO Sindh should be dropped in the tender box kepi in office of AIGP/Logistic ; CPO Sindh. 2nd floor CPO Building I.l.Chundrigar Road, Karachi on 09.09.2010" 1400 hours.
3. The tender shall be opened on 09.09.2010 at 14:30 iri presence of Purchase Committee and in presence of representatives of bidders who choose to be present on the occasion, in the Committee Room of Central Police Office, Sindh, Ground Floor, 1.1.Chundngar Road, Karachi. The bids shall be evaluated by committee and financial bids of those found in accordance with the specification shall be opened.
4. Only firms/Companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax department are eligible to participate in the tenders (Documentary proof required).
5. Only bids offered on the prescribed tender form issued by the Police department shall be accepted. However, additional sheets may be attached, if required.
6. Conditional lender / application will not be entertained.
7. Job/work must be completed within 30 days and handed over on (FOR) destination MT Workshop. Police Lines, Garden, Karachi. All payment shall be subject to clearance by Inspection Committee within 30 days of submission of supply note/bills.
8. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with Public Procurement Rules. 2010.
