Note: Construction of civil works in existing ZPHS Suraram (V) Mahadevpur (M) in Karimnagar District, Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in Loamy & Clayey Soils like BC Soils, Red Earth & Ordinary Gravely Soils ( SS 20-B) including shoring, strutting, sheeting, planking and dewatering including cost of hire charges of T & P, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundation of Building, Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M5 grade as per IS 456 equivalent, Random Rubble stone masonry, Brick Masonry in superstructure, Plastering 20 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16 mm thick.
