General Information We are seeking registrations of interest from building contracting companies to carry out remedial works to large 3 storey buildings at a College in Tauranga.

Evidence of experience in remediating 'leaky buildings' is a prerequisite, as is a thorough understanding of the principles of weathertightness and how these principles might practically be achieved on site.

The contractor must have past experience of remediating buildings whilst occupied, maintain public liability insurance with a minimum limit if indemnity of $5,000,000 and be able to provide four references from previous clients.

The contractor must also have sufficient employed staff to carry out the work.
