General Information Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from experienced Contractors for a number of construction enabling works at the Youth Justice Lower North Residential Centre at Mohaka Place, Palmerston North.

Project Overview:

This Request for Expression of Interest is for Phase One of a major project and comprises the following works:

• New underground fire main
• New underground water supply
• New underground sewer drain
• New underground stormwater drain
• Realignment of an existing roadway including kerb and channel
• Car park extensions
• Concrete courtyard slabs
• 5 metre high anti climb mesh fencing
• 3 metre high precast concrete fencing

Expressions of Interest are to be submitted in accordance with the attached Request for Expression of Interest documentation. Only those organisations with appropriate background and experience will be short listed. Short listed organisations will be invited to tender for this project.
