General Information ON BEHALF OF TAITA COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, SUITABLY QUALIFIED MAIN BUILDING CONTRACTORS ARE INVITED TO REGISTER THEIR INTEREST TO UNDERTAKE THE FOLLOWING BUILDING MODIFICATIONS: -

The building is of a Nelson Block Type and generally involves the refurbishment of four classrooms and their associated corridors and stairwell.

The works area is around 300 m², construction value approximately $170,000.00.

The registrants will be short-listed and the selected contractors will be invited to tender for the work. It is envisaged that the work will be tendered in October with the work commencing mid November 2010.

The project will be administered by the Project Manager (Ashby Property Services Ltd) on behalf of Taita College Board of Trustees under the rules as set out in the Ministry of Education’s handbook. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to consider only those companies that have the appropriate background and experience to be short listed to receive the tender documents.
