The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is soliciting quotations on a full and open competitive basis from qualified contractor's to enter into a firm fixed price contract for 111 parking garage spaces to accommodate Government owned vehicles in the downtown area of 630 Sansomest, San Francisco, CA 94111. The parking facility must be within the boundary of Vallejo Street to the North, Grant St to the West, California Street to the South, and Drumm Street to the East. Parking area must be indoors and there must be individual spaces for each vehicle and must be large enough to accommodate the following types of vehicles: Sedan, Utility Vehicle, Minivan, and Maxivan. The proposed contract type is a firm-fixed price contract. DHS welcomes the participation of small business concerns. The anticipated period of performance will be 09/15/2010 to 02/28/2011. The NAICS code is 812930 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. All interested parties must register in Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov.
