This is a Notice of Intent to make a sole source award under the authority of FAR 6.301-2 to Complete Parachute Solutions Inc., Deland FL for Military Javelin (MJ-12) Parachutes Systems including misc parts and equipment for the systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for offers. However, prospective contractors who believe that they can successfully propose must provide detailed technical documentation to support such claims of ability within 3 days after publication of this notice. No award will be made on the basis of any proposal or other information received in response to this notice, and this is a notification of intent to acquire supplies and not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government.
