NAICS Code: 926130 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), National Enforcement Investigations Center (NEIC) in Lakewood, Colorado intends to purchase, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part Thirteen (13) Simplified Acquisition Procedures, its annualradioactive materials license fee that is assessed by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). NEIC is required to maintain this radioactive materials license in accordance with 10 CFR 171.16. NRC, as the regulating entity, is the only source available for this purchase. No solicitation or Request For Quote (RFQ) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the EPA requirements described herein may submit a response; which, if received by the closing date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
