The U.S. Military Academy at West Point New York has an unfunded requirement for two facilitators to conduct the Army Ethics Trainer Workshop at eight CONUS installations and the Master Army Ethics Trainer Course at West Point. The period of performance will be 15 September 2010 - 30 September 2011. Each instructor must have a minimum one year experience in group facilitation of military training. Experience facilitating the case study method is highly desirable. Simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, will apply to the evaluation. The factors will be relevant past performance, instructor resumes, and price. Award will be made to the company considered to be the best value. The NAICS for this requirement is 611710 with a small business size standard of $7 million. The solicitation will be posted on 7 Sept with a closing date of 10 Sept.
