Certificate privind obligatiile de plata:
- catre bugetul de stat consolidat, in urma verificarii balantei la 31.08.2010 sau ulterior ;
- catre bugetul local la data de 31.08.2010 sau ulterior.
Certificatele vor fi prezentate in original sau copie legalizata.
Certificat constatator emis, de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, cu cel mult 30 de zile inainte de data deschiderii ofertelor, in original sau copie legalizata.
Certificatul constatator trebuie sa contina codurile CAEN actualizate conform Ordinului INS nr. 337/2007, inclusiv cele privind activitatea aferenta indeplinirii obiectului viitorului contract de achizitie publica. Certificat de inregistrare fiscala (C.U.I.), copie legalizata. Documente edificatoare care sã dovedeascã o formã de înregistrare ca persoanã juridicã, în conformitate cu prevederile legale din tara în care candidatul/ofertantul este rezident, valabile la data deschiderii ofertelor.
Documentele oficiale depuse de persoanele juridice straine vor fi prezentate in original, insotite de traduceri autorizate in limba romana.

Informatii generale, inclusiv cifra de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani. Bilantul contabil (fara notele explicative) la 31.12.2008 si la 31.12.2009, vizate de organele competente. Obligatii contractuale, în desfãsurare, fatã de alti beneficiari/clienti, daca exista.
Informatii privind situatia financiara:
- Lichiditate generala la 31.12.2009 (active circulante/datorii curente x 100) = 100%.

Lista principalelor executari de lucrari efectuate in ultimii 5 ani (socotiti prin raportare la data-limita de depunere a ofertelor, astfel cum este mentionata in anuntul de participare) - pentru executantul lucrarilor. Prestari de servicii efectuate in ultimii 3 ani (socotiti prin raportare la data-limita de depunere a ofertelor, astfel cum este mentionata in anuntul de participare) - pentru prestatorul serviciilor.Experienta similara: Pentru executantul lucrarilor: ofertantul trebuie sa faca dovada executarii (incepere si finalizare) unor lucrari in ultimii 5 ani prin prezentarea unui singur contract,
al carui obiect a fost executia unor lucrari similare, executate pe drumuri nationale si/sau autostrazi. Experienta similara: Pentru prestatorul de servicii : ofertantul trebuie sa faca dovada prestarii (incepere si finalizare) unor servicii in ultimii 3 ani prin prezentarea unui singur contract,al carui obiect a fost prestarea unor servicii similare, referitoare la drumuri nationale si/sau autostrazi.Recomandãri/Certificate constatatoare (sau alte documente echivalente) din partea altor beneficiari/clienti.
