Declararea cifrei de afaceri globale pe ultimii 3 ani care trebuie sa fie de cel putin: 240.000, 00 lei pentru ofertantii lotului nr.1; 60.000, 00 lei pentru ofertantii lotului nr.2;

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Pentru fiecare lot conditia minima stabilita pentru calificarea ofertantului este îndeplinirea în ultimii 3 ani a cel putin un contract al carui obiect a fost furnizarea de produse ofertate sau produse similare, sau are în derulare un contract de furnizare de produse ofertate sau produse similare, a carui/caror valoare cumulata sa fie de minim 120.000, 00 lei pentru Lot 1si de minim 30.000, 00 lei pentru Lot nr. 2, •Declaratie privind dotarea tehnica a ofertantului din care sa rezulte capacitatea de a produce întreaga cantitate la termenele solicitate. În cazul în care ofertantul nu este si producator, va prezenta dotarea tehnica a producatorului care l-a autorizat sa-i comercializeze produsele; Lista cu personalul ce va fi implicat în derularea contractului; cel putin o recomandare din partea unor beneficiari/clienti, sau o copie dupa un document constatator, din care sa rezulte livrarea produselor ofertate sau similare si care contin informatii referitoare la îndeplinirea obligatiilor contractuale; autorizare/autorizari pentru comercializarea produselor (valabila pentru anul 2010) de la producatorul produselor sau de la dealer împuternicit de producatorul produselor; certificarea sistemului de management al calitatii in conformitate cu standardul SR-EN ISO 9001/editia 2001 sau 2008;
