-declaratie privind eligibilitatea (Formular A-in original)
-declaratie privind neicadrarea la art 181 din OUG 34/2006 (Formular B- in original)

-declaratie privind calitatea de participant la procedura (Formular B6-in original)
-certificat de inregistrare de la camera de Comert si Industrie a Oficiului Registrului Comertului, in copie
-certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, in original sau copie legalizata
-certificate constatatoare privind indeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor, taxelor si a contributiei pentru asigurarile sociale de stat, catre bugetele componente ale bugetului general consolidat in original sau copie legalizata

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
-Fisa de informatii generale (Formularul G din Sectiunea III) din care sa rezulte cifra medie anuala de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani a ofertantului de a sustine contractul de furnizare - formularul se depune in original.
-Pentru lotul I, ofertantul va demonstra cifra medie de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani de sustinere a contractului, de 29.000 lei, respectiv 6.744 euro .
-Pentru lotul II, ofertantul va demonstra cifra medie de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani de sustinere a contractului, de 210.000 lei, respectiv 48837euro.
-În cazul în care un ofertant depune oferta pentru cele doua loturi, cifra de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani trebuie sa fie de 239000 lei, respectiv 55581 euro.
-Bilanturile contabile, din anii 2007, 2008, 2009 vizate si înregistrate de organele competente - se vor depune în copie.
-Angajament de sustinere a capacitatii economice/financiare (daca este cazul), in original.
III.2.3) Technical capacity
Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
-Experienta similara se va dovedi prin depunerea listei furnizarilor de produse în ultimii 3 ani, care va contine valori, cantitate, modul de îndeplinire a obligatiilor si beneficiarii (Formular E din Sectiunea III).
-Ofertantul trebuie sa faca dovada ca în ultimii 3 ani a finalizat:
-cel putin un contract de furnizare de produse licitate(maxim 3 contracte), din care sa rezulte ca a livrat pentru lotul I o cantitate de cel putin 10 bucati si pentru lotul II o cantitate de cel putin 70 bucati .
-În cazul în care un ofertant depune oferta pentru cele doua loturi, experienta similara se demonstreaza prin prezentarea unui contract sau mai multe contracte din care însumate sa rezulte o cantitate de 80 bucati de produse ofertate.
-Pentru contractul/contracte depus ca si experienta similara se vor prezenta recomandare/recomandari din partea beneficiarilor contractelor respective sau documentele constatatore privind îndeplinirea obligatiilor contractuale prevazut de art. 971 din HG nr. 925/2006, din partea beneficiarilor pentru contractele respective.
-Recomandarile trebuie sa fie depuse în original sau copie legalizata si traduse în limba româna (unde este cazul). Din recomandari trebuie sa rezulte ca ofertantul si-a îndeplinit în totalitate atributiile contractuale.
-Autorizatia de furnizor feroviar eliberata de AFER sau Agrement pentru servicii de intermediere a furnizarii produselor feroviare critice, si Omologarea tehnica a produsului eliberata de AFER sau Agrementul Tehnic AFER - în termen de valabilitate la data deschiderii ofertei.
-Autorizarea de comercializare de la producator (unde e cazul) în original sau copie legalizata;
-Certificat ISO 9001:2001/2008
-Asocierea (daca este cazul), în original;
-Angajament (daca este cazul), în original.
