• • prezentarea ultimului bilant contabil vizat de organele în drept.
• Certificate constatatoare (în original sau copie legalizata) privind îndeplinirea la zi, a obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat, inclusiv cele locale, precum si a contributiei pentru asigurarile sociale de stat (formulare tip eliberate de autoritatile competente din tara în care candidatul/ofertantul este rezident).
• completarea formularului de " Informatii Generale" cu prezentarea cifrei de afaceri în domeniul de activitate aferent obiectului contractului într-o perioada anterioara , care vizeaza activitatea din ultimii 3 ani.

Declaratie privind lista principalelor prestari de servicii similare.
• Se vor prezenta obligatoriu documente care sa ateste pregatirea/ specializarea personalului propriu conform specificului de activitate. Experienta similara poate fi dovedita prin prezentarea unor contracte de prestari de servicii similare însotite de recomandari din partea beneficiarilor. Nu se vor lua în considerare contractele neânsotite de recomandari.
Autorizatii de proiectare : a) tip PTR privind proiectarea racordurilor si statiilor de reglare masurare a gazelor naturale având regimul de presiuni de lucru mai mare de 6 bar, aferente sistemelor de transport a gazelor naturale. b) tip PTC privind proiectarea conductelor de transport a gazelor naturale si a statiilor de comprimare a gazelor naturale aferente sistemelor de transport gaze naturale. c) tip PP privind proiectarea obiectivelor aferente instalatiilor tehnologice de suprafata, statiilor de comprimare a gazelor naturale, inclusiv racordurilor de conducte de alimentare din amonte, din domeniul productiei si inmagazinarii gazelor naturale.
- Se va prezenta obligatoriu atorizatia clasa II A pentru minim 1 persoana
Se va prezenta obligatoriu : Atestat A.N.R.E. de proiectare pentru firma : se va atasa o copie
•Declaratie cu privire la subcontractanti.
Ofertantii vor prezenta obligatoriu certficatul de asigurare a calitatii ISO 9.001 sau documente echivalente - domeniul de activitate fiind similar achizitiei.
Ofertantul va face dovada implementarii sistemului integrat calitate mediu: ISO 14.001 sau documente echivalente - domeniul de activitate fiind similar achizitiei.
