Bilanturile contabile + anexele la data: 31.12.2007, 31.12.2008, 31.12.2009, vizate si inregistrate de organele competente. Situatia economico-financiara pentru exercitiile financiare: 2007, 2008, 2009, trebuie sa prezinte profit.
Daca un ofertant are conturi deschise la mai multe banci, va prezenta formularul de identificare financiara pentru fiecare banca.

Cifra medie de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani (2007, 2008, 2009) sa fie egala sau mai mare decat: 18.000.000 RON. Disponibil resurse reale negrevate de datorii, linii de credit confirmate de banci sau orice alte mijloace financiare suficiente pentru a realiza cash-flow de executie a prezentului contract pentru o valoare de minim 2.250.000 RON, având ca destinatie cheltuieli pentru realizarea contractului ce face obiectul prezentei proceduri.

Lista principalelor lucrari executate in ultimii 5 ani; Lista principalelor prestari de servicii în ultimii 3 ani; Fisa de experienta similara; Decl.privind utilajele si echipamentele tehnice de care dispune operatorul economic pentru indeplinirea corespunzatoare a contractului; Decl.privind efectivele medii anuale ale personalului angajat si al cadrelor de conducere pe ultimii 3 ani (2007, 2008, 2009); Decl.privind personalul de conducere si personalul responsabil de indeplinirea contractului; Certificat tip B emis de ANRE pentru proiectare si executare de instalatii electrice interioare pentru constructii civile si industriale; Decl.privind respectarea conditiilor de munca si protectia muncii; Certificat privind implementarea standardelor de management al mediului (SR EN ISO 14001 sau echivalentul); Certificat privind implementarea standardelor de management al calitatii (SR EN ISO 9001 sau echivalentul); Certificat privind implementarea standardelor de management al sanatatii si securitatii in munca(OHSAS 18001 sau echivalentul); Decl.privind partea/partile din contract care sunt îndeplinite de subcontractanti.
