Declaratie privind lista principalelor livrari de produse in ultimii 3 ani. Ofertantul va face dovada indeplinirii (semnarii si finalizarii), in ultimii 3 ani a tuniu contract cu obiect asemanator si cu o valoare de minimum 13.000 lei. Certificat ISO 9001:2000 (SR EN ISO 9001:2001) sau echivalent, autorizatie pentru livrarea produselor.
