Prezentarea unei liste cu contracte de servicii in realizarea se studii de fezabilitate in domeniul constructiilor civile, industriale si edilitare prestate în ultimii 3 ani, din care sa reiasa ca ofertantul a finalizat cel putin 1 contract având valoarea de minimum 150.000 Lei.Sef proiect:persoana desemnata în aceasta pozitie trebuie sa aiba pregatire universitara cu diploma de licenta în domeniul tehnic, cel putin 5 ani experienta similara.Se vor anexa CV , copii ale diplomei de licenta, ale certificatelor/atestatelor obtinute precum si dovada participarii in ultimii 2 ani la lucrari similare in calitate de coordonator.Verificator atestat, Inginer specializare apa si canalizare, Inginer specializare constructii civile, Inginer TOPO, Inginer hidro, Specialist protectia mediului, Expert tehnic, Expert economic-financiar, Expert legislatie-juridic - Se vor anexa CV dovada participarii in ultimii 3 ani la lucrari similare cate o persoana. Expert calitate constructii - Se vor anexa CV dovada participarii in ultimii 3 ani la lucrari similare-1 persoana. Expert achizitii publice - Se vor anexa CV dovada participarii in ultimii 3 ani la lucrari similare - 1 persoana.Ofertantul va prezenta o lista cu resursele harware si softwarw necesare realizarii studiului de fezabilitate.Dovada asigurarii unui nivel corespunzator al calitatii, în conformitate cu SR EN ISO 9001:2008 sau echivalent, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.Dovada asigurarii unui nivel corespunzator a protectiei mediului, în conformitate cu SR EN ISO 14001/ 2005, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.Prezentarea unei declaratii pe propria raspundere privind respectarea legislatiei de securitate si sanatate în munca, în vigoare.
