VI.3.2) Lodging of appeals

of Newham incorporated a minimum standstill period as set out in paragraph
32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 and paragraph 32A of the 2009
Amendment Regulations at the point when information on the award of the
contract was communicated to all candidates and tenderers. Any appeal
would be in accordance with Part 9 (Applications to the Court) of the
aforesaid Regulations and subject to the jurisdictions of the UK Court.
The United Kingdom Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (S1 2006 No. 5)
provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm
by a breach of the rules to action in the High Court (England, Wales and
Northern Ireland).
