The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-RQ-10-0337 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials to furnish, deliver, install and roll approximately 80,000 Square feet of Kentucky Blue Grass Sod in the Burial Plots at the Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic proposals will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Erma Keown, Contract Specialist in writing at erma.keown@va.gov . A copy of this Electronic solicitation is available today for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov . Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., September 10, 2010. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
