This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Labor, tools,equipment and materials necessary to provide and install 3 75kVA, 208/120V and 3 75kVA, 480/277V transformers and all necessary conductor runs, fuses, switches, cross arms, utility poles, guying, grounding and metering to upgrade and extend Puget Sound Energys single-phase line to three-phase for the Medical Facilities in COL Eagle, JBLM, Fort Lewis, WA.
