This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, and equipment necessary for mowing and trim grass, weeds, tree and brush sprouts in the public use areas defined as; the Project Office and compound area, the four fee campground entrances at Johnson Creek, Alley Creek, Buckhorn Creek, and Brushy Creek Parks, entrance to Lakeside day use park, the area defined as not less than fifteen feet surrounding all restrooms, dump stations, amphitheater, and the area defined as not less than 30 feet surrounding the day use pavilions. The group camping areas in Johnson and Alley Creek Parks and the aerobic system spray field and the aerobic septic system / dump station in Alley Creek Park.
