The Contractor shall provide professional earth work and excavation services, general labor and equipment, concrete construction services, and earth trenching and concrete cutting services as required to complete the sea level monitoring station on River Wharf Landing in Barbuda, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the Government Terms and Conditions included herein. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE AMENDED TO DELETE ALL CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS THAT DO NOT APPLY TO FIRMS OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES. THIS AMENDMENT WILL BE POSTED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS 09/07/2010.
