This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial role player services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) is attached. Solicitation number RFQ0390223 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is $7 million. The North American Industry Classification Code is 561449. All future information about this RFQ including amendments will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this RFQ. The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity firm-fixed price contract.
 
Submit quotes as required in RFQ on or before September 10, 2010, 3:00 pm (Eastern Daylight Time). Responses must be marked as follows: "RFQ0390223. Questions may be submitted to meinspahr@fbiacademy.edu no later than 1:00 pm EDT, September 10, 2010. Telephone calls will not be accepted.

  1. Remove Section B,5-Scenarios pages 12 through 18 posted on September 2, 2010, and replace them with pages 12 through 18 attached to this Amendment Notification.
