 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SPM4A710R1610, NSN 1680011485492 , PR 0027159658, COUPLING DRIVE NO 1.  This is a configuration control item with the appoved source being  HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND CORP (99167) Part Number- 5001882, unrestricted. This is a critical application item.   ABVS  applies.  FOB Origin.  Inspection/Acceptance: Origin.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  Quantity: 13 each.  All pieces are to be delivered in 50 DARO or best possible delivery.  This requirement is for DLA Direct. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control Applies. Any firm requesting a formal solicitation will be provided one. Progress payments may not be authorized for this procurement.   Closing date of this requirement is October 1st, 2010.
