The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) has a request for quotation (RFQ) for Stress Management Seminars on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau's National Revenue Center (TTB-NRC) located in Cincinnati, OH, that are estimated to be approximately 3.5 to 4 hours long per each session, for up to 165 participants (the maximum number of participants per class is to be determined by the contractor).
Offerors should pay particular attention to the requirements stated in the Statement of Work located on page 11 of this solicitation. This requirement is being set aside 100% for small businesses Proposals must be submitted electronically to psb3@bpd.treas.gov on or before 2:00 p.m. ET September 13, 2010 referencing the above RFQ number to the attention of P. White/S.B. in the subject line of your email. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure/confirm timely receipt of the proposal. Offerors shall complete and return the following information in order for the proposal to be considered complete. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted by noon, September 7, 2010 ET to psb3@bpd.treas.gov referencing the above RFQ number to the attention of P. White/S. Barker in the subject line of your email. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be answered. You
