This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-43. The Bureau of Reclamation, Hoover Dam, Nevada, has a requirement to collect refuse in accordance with stated pick-up schedule and disposal of same at a state licensed sanitary landfill located outside the boundaries of the Lower Colorado Dams Office (Hoover Dam). Please see attached Statement of Work for the requested schedule. It is anticipated that one (1) five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be awarded based on the lowest priced, responsive quotes from responsible offeror. Quotes will be evaluated based on the following: 264 est. yards per year x per yard price of $__________ = Total Estimate for the Year $__________ . This request for quote is unrestricted. If no responsive small businesses respond with fair and reasonable prices, quotes from large businesses will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 562111, Solid Waste Collection. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 562111 is $12.5 Mil.
