Notice of Intent for Sole Source

The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office, Brooke Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract to the Texas Department of State Health Services for Neonatal Newborn Screening Test Kits. The screening is mandated by Texas law. Award will be made on 10 Sep 10. The NAICS code of this procurement is 923120. There is not a size standard for this NAICS code.
