PER SPECIFICATIONS ATTACHED. 10 each; ENGINE SEAL AND GASKET KIT FOR IN FRAME OVERHAUL. 1 each: SPECIAL TOOLING GROUP CONSISTING OF THE FOLLOWING: (1) - 6V-2197 TRANSDUCER; (1) - 7X-1695 CABLE (1) - 9U-7227 GAGE; (1) JEBD3003 ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN (ET) CD ROM (1) - NEXG5039 ONE TIME ET LICENSE; (1) 317-7485 ET ENGINE COMMUNICATIONS ADAPTER. FOB: Destination "To be negotiated on a sole source basis with CATERPILLAR per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government."
