The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for Ceramics Science and Technology Group in code 60 has a requirement for a quantity of 200 feet of Alloy 958 tube, continuous cast ASTM B505 alloy C95800 tube stock, 3 OD x 2ID with chemical and tensile certifications. Chemical analysis shall include test for percent carbon, which shall not exceed 0.02%. Weld repair is not permitted. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 423510 with a size of 500 employees. NSWCCD intends to negotiate a competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm fixed price purchase order. The RFQ will be issued and posted on FedBizOpps on or about September 10, 2010
