The primary purpose of this requirement is to provide a network of EFMP respite care providers who will provide temporary rest periods for family members responsible for regular care of persons with disabilities. Care may be provided in the EFMP respite care users home, other facility or setting. Eligibility is determined based on enrollment in EFMP by the Government Representative. The RFP is attached to this notice.
