The Department of National Defense/Armed Forces of the Philippines (DND/AFP), through the AFP Modernization Act Trust Fund with Special Allotment Release Order Nr. D-10-02850 dated 23 February 2010, intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION NINE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 850,910,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the corresponding contract for the Multi-Purpose Helicopters (MPH) for the Philippine Navy. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

The DND/AFP, now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the acquisition of Two (2) units MULTI-PURPOSE HELICOPTER with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the Philippine Navy. Delivery of GOODS is required within a period of 360 calendar days from the opening of the letter of credit. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years before the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

Approved budget: PHP 850,910,000.00
