The Department of National Defense/Armed Forces of the Philippines (DND/AFP), through the AFP Modernization Act Trust Fund with Special Allotment Release Order Nr. D-10-02850 dated 23 February 2010, intends to apply the sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the corresponding contract:

Project Title - PN Multi-Purpose Helicopters (MPH)
ABC - EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION NINE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 850,910,000.00)

Project Title - PAF Upgraded C-130H Aircraft Acquisition project
ABC - ONE BILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY NINE MILLION PESOS (PhP1,769,000.00)

Approved budget: PHP 2,619,910,000.00
