III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are
met: In order to prove the capability for performing professional
activity, the economic agent should submit document for registered
activity as a proof that it is registered as a natural person, or legal
entity to perform the activity related to the subject of the public
procurement contract, or proof that it is a member of an adequate
professional association, according to the regulations enforced in the
domicile country.
III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are
met: Report on the balance sheet validated by competent body, i.e. revised
balance sheet, or extracts of the balance sheet statement, in instances
when the publishing of the balance sheet is legally prescribed in the
economic agent's domicile country.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required — minimal total income of
at least 500 000 EUR, on annual level, in the last 3 years, received from
the turnover realized in the area covered by the contract for public
procurement,
