This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for child care services. The SDARNG is seeking qualified sources to provide child care services during two-day Yellow Ribbon events held for service personnel and their families upon return from deployment.
Reference the Statement of Work (SOW) herein detailing the requirements for the child care services. If your company needs to provide additional information about your facility please include it as a separate document.
