The Government intends to establish a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for blood donor testing for the Department of Pathology at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii to Puget Sound Blood Center and Program. Their testing labs are fully accredited donor testing laboratory and meet all the regulatory requirements of the FDA for blood donor testing. The Army Blood Program recommends the use of Puget Sound in an effort to standardize the donor testing services utilized by military donor centers.

Calls will be placed against the BPA as services are required. Period of performance is 01 Octoberer 2010 through 30 September 2015. NAICS is 621991, Blood and Organ Banks.

Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office VIA EMAIL to paul.petro@us.army.mil. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide the attached list of items and also provide a current copy of your price list for the items NO LATER THAN 08 SEPTEMBER 2010, 10 A.M. Hawaii Standard Time. Contractor must be able to provide 100% of the items on the attached to be considered for this BPA.
