The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP06081000032 for the provision of providing Pharmacy Technician Services at the Federal Correctional Institution Phoenix, Arizona. The contractor must provide pharmacy technician services in a correctional setting. The Pharmacy Technician must certified and licensed in the State of Arizona. It is estimated the contract will include 12 months of Pharmacy Technician services @ 30 hours per week per contract year. A session will be defined as one hour. Estimated total sessions per year is 1470. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The solicitation will be available on or about September 7, 2010, and will be distributed solely through the website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated receipt of quotes is September 23, 2010. The NAICS code is 621399 with a size standard of $7,000,000. The solicitation will be 100% total small business set-aside. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
