55 CONS/LGCZ, Offutt AFB, NE intends to award a sole source purchase order to Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association (AFCEA) under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The contractor shall provide DoD Architecture Framework Implementation training course (Course #503-11-FXVA-1) for approximately 20 USSTRATCOM personnel.

This notice is neither a request for competitive proposal or a solicitation for offerors.  A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement is based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.  This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government.

If your company can provide the above mentioned training by 4 Oct 2010, provide a capability package to the Contracting Officeer by the response date, 7 Sep 10.
