The Phoenix VA Health Care System, Arizona, is seeking an AZ DHS licensed contractor to provide Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support Ambulance Services for the main facility and its' Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The anticipated contract period shall be for a base year beginning October 1, 2010, or date of award, with four additional option years, subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is Unrestricted under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 621910. The solicitation shall be made available on or about September 10, 2010 with a due date of September 17, 2010. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the Federal Business Opportunities System website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will provide no hard or soft copies. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement.
