Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Valoarea cifrei de afaceri a ofertantului, in domeniul de activitate aferent obiectului contractului, care vizeaza activitatea din ultimii trei ani (2007, 2008 si 2009) trebuie sa fie de minim de 1.640.000 RON. Se va completa o declaratie pe propria raspundere, vizata de expertul contabil al societatii, care atesta faptul ca cifra de afaceri are valoarea minima de 1.640.000 RON si este formata din vanzari aferente domeniului de activitate al obiectului contractului.
Media profitului net al ofertantului (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici impreuna) pe ultimii trei ani (2007, 2008, 2009) trebuie sa fie pozitiva
