The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, USAR DOC-West, Seaside, CA, has a requirement for Fire Suppression Systems Maintenance at Sylvestre Herrera Reserve Center in Mesa AZ. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision to provide the Fire Suppression Systems Maintenance for the Base Year of 15 September 2010 thru 14 September 2011, plus four Option Years.

SITE VISIT is scheduled for Wednesday, 1 September 2010 at 10:00 AM (Mountain Standard Time), and is limited to two individuals per prospective offeror. Location is Sylvestre Herrera Reserve Center, 7334 E. Ulysses Ave, Mesa AZ 85212. Point of contact is Jim Cresto, 480-242-4800.

Incumbent is Aero Automatic Sprinkler Co., Contract Number W912C8-05-M-0098, total contract value is $14,874.35, Base Year beginning 1 September 2005 thru 31 August 2006 and four Option Years.

Proposals are due Wednesday, 8 September 2010 at 4:00 PM, PDST.

This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 with a size standard of $35.5 Million. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract.

Offerors shall provide three past performance information and references for same/similar requirement, include recent and relevant contracts, contract numbers, contract total amounts, names of points of contact, their phone numbers and other relevant information by the proposal due date and time.

Offerors shall provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-1 (Offeror Representation and CertificationCommercial Items), paragraphs (c) through (m) with their proposal; however, if an offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov only paragraph (b) is required to be provided with their proposal.

Offerors shall provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) with their proposal.

Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
