The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, labor, materials, tools, transportation to include all required equipment, other items and non-personal services necessary to accomplish the operations of the U.S. Government's non-tactical armored vehicles (NTAV) lease except as specified in Part 3 as government furnished property/equipment (GFP/GFE). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this Statement of Work (SOW).
The contractor shall be capable of providing four (4), new and safe operational NATV's' and performing all maintenance and manufacture specification requirements. All maintenance shall be done at the contractor's facility. Contractor shall have a large enough facility to accommodate a fleet for the U.S. Government.

Email is the only method to submit your quote. All attachments must be in a Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and/or an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. All quotes must include the following:

1 Price for lease (Page 2 of this solicitation)
2. Vehicle and armor specification
3. Date of Delivery (timeline)
4. Location of repair facility
5. FAR Clause 52.212-3 filled out where applicable.
