7. Contract description:
The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the capacity for the
implementation of twinning, TAIEX and SIGMA instruments as well as to
assist the Moldovan State Chancellery in preparation and implementation of
the comprehensive institution building programme. The specific objective
is to build the capacity and long-term sustainability of the National
Coordination Unit and the Programme Administration Office (PAO). The
project will also build the capacity of the State Chancellery as central
public administration reform and aid coordination body.

1 500 000 EUR.
