The U.S. Census Bureau intends to negotiate, on an other than full and open basis, under the authority of FAR Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, with The University of Minnesota, for data analysis and visualization support to the publication of the 2010 U.S. Census Atlas. Interested parties may submit a capabilities statement no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 9, 2010 to Jen Abbott, Contract Specialist, at Jennifer.M.Abbott@Census.gov.
