THE CONSIDERATION OF OFFERS FOR THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL BE RESTRICTED TO AMERICAN ORDNANCE LLC (AO). THE AUTHORITY FOR RESTRICTING COMPETITION TO AMERICAN ORDNANCE LLC SHALL BE 10 USC 2304(C)(1), ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE. THIS SYNOPSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR SUBCONTRACTING PURPOSES ONLY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXECUTE A PBS PROJECT TO UPGRADE CURRENT 13.8 AND 2,4000 VOLT ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM ASSOCIATED WITH LINES 1,2,3,3A,SHOP AND OTHER SUPPORT AREAS AT IOWA ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT (AAP).
