THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number TIRNO-10-R-00026. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44, Effective July 8, 2010. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. This is a Performance Based � Commercial Item procurement for Cafeteria/Food Service for the IRS, Martinsburg Enterprise Computing Center, 250 Murall Drive, Kearneysville, WV 25430 and will be performed in accordance with the attached performance work statement. The contractor will be required to provide cafeteria services during the following performance periods: Base Year: October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 Option Year 1: October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012 Option Year 2: October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 Option Year 3: October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014 Option Year 4: October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015 The IRS currently occupies offices within this building and accessibility must be maintained with the highest level of security. The attached clauses and provisions are incorporated and apply to this solicitation.
