This is a notice of intent to procure services with Keybridge Technologies, on a sole source basis for non-personal, commercial services(as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12 and 13 to provide instructor, and training support services in support of the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence, and Fort Sill (USAFCOEFS) joint and combined Integration Directorate Fort Sill, OK. No award will be made solely on the basis of this notice since a synopsis of intent to place an order cannot be considered a request for proposals/offers-- Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bondafide competition exists and whether a request for quote is appropriate. No solicitation/quote documents exists and no telephone inquires will be accepted--written responses, if applicable, prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the requirement, must be received by this office within 3 calendar days after this notice

If no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the Government is available, an order will be placed with the above named vendor. A request for quote will not be considered an affirmative response.
