REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Reference Number: RFP/UNDP/UN/005/2010 UNDP Indonesia is seeking qualified bidder(s) for the “TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES”. A complete set of the RFP documents can be downloaded from the UNDP Procurement website at www.undp.or.id/procurement. A Bidder’s Conference will be conducted on 31 August 2010, at 10.00 AM (Jakarta Local Time) at Aceh Meeting Room, UNDP, Menara Thamrin Building 7th Floor, Jl. MH Thamrin Kav. 3, Jakarta 10250, Indonesia. Interested Bidders are requested to print and bring the copy of the RFP/UNDP/UN/005/2010 for reference during the Bid Conference. UNDP will not provide it. Interested bidders are encouraged to regularly visit the website to view any amendments or additional information in regards to this RFP. The closing date for submission of RFP proposals is 17 September 2010 (Jakarta Local Time). LATE PROPOSALS WILL BE REJECTED
