Subject: Procurement of Travel Management Services (LTA for 3 years) for UNDP Project Office in Warsaw
This Request for Proposal (RFP) was prepared to seek Proposals from Travel Agencies for specific travel services to be provided to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Project Office in Poland. UNDP plans to negotiate contract(s) for three year period October 2010 - December 2013).

In that respect, UNDP invites your company to participate in the competitive bidding for the provision of the above mentioned travel services.

To enable you to submit a proposal enclosed please find:

Annex I. Instructions to Offerers
Annex II. General Conditions of Contract
Annex III. Terms of Reference (TOR)
Annex IV. Proposal Submission Form
Annex V. Price Schedule

You are cordially invited to complete the documents as described in the “Instructions to Offerers” in two separate sealed envelopes labelled “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” for “RFP/2010: Procurement of Travel Management Services for UNDP Project Office in Warsaw”. .
If you request additional information, we would endeavour to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal. Kindly send your queries to Ms. Magdalena Drouet, UNDP Project Office in Warsaw in writing magdalena.drouet@undp.org .

Your proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes to UNDP Project Office Poland, Ul Szpitalna 6/23, 00-031 Warsaw, Poland not later than 8 September 2010 till 17.00 Warsaw time.

This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm. Furthermore, UN Agencies reserve the right to reject part or all of the proposals.
