REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Government of Republic of Moldova has received financing from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services.

The objective of the Consultancy assignment is to develop comprehensive Software Requirements Specifications for the ARV drugs management module to be part of the SIME HIV software. The scope of work is to:
- Conduct in country consultations to identify the stakeholders’ expectations and needs in the management of ARV
- Develop and document a comprehensive information system architecture associated with various functions and processes related to ARV drug management
- Develop the list of data to be collected; Develop a comprehensive list of reports and formula to be applied for reporting generation
This assignment shall be carried out by an individual consultant. Interested consultants must provide their CV, indicating that they are qualified to perform the services, namely:
• At least 5 years of internationally recognized professional experience in ARV drug management;
• At least 3 years of internationally recognized professional experience in ARV drug management developing Software Requirements Specifications would be an advantage;
Interested consultants may obtain complete Terms of Reference on www.ucimp.md.
